Once upon a time, there was the wolf.
Lecture // Lezing
Zaterdag 30 Oktober // 19:15 uur // Stadstuinderij NoordOogst (Amsterdam Noord)
Since 2018, the wolf is officially back in the Netherlands. What does this mean? Is the wolf dangerous to humans? And how can we share the territory with a large carnivore after over 150 years since its absence?

Let’s explore together the characteristics of this charismatic but often misunderstood predator which is roaming freely in the dutch nature. With this introductory workshop on the ecology of the wolf, we will talk about where the wolf comes from, what it eats, how it communicates, and much more.
We may find out that wolves and humans are, after all, more similar than we expected.
